Training is an investment that not only prepares us to face challenges yet can empower learners in many ways.  Because people learn differently, one approach cannot possibly fit all needs.  In addition, a variety of tools and techniques are needed so that learning can occur how, when and where it is needed.  It is important to be able to apply the right delivery option for the content, audience and culture.   

The methods and resources, including the profusion of Web-based technologies, for delivering performance-based learning are well-developed and readily available. The problem is finding the right mix of learning experiences for each unique organizational culture.

In this interactive session we will

• compare a variety of blended learning case studies
• shift the focus from training events to the learning process
